          Syd Barrett, whose real name was Roger Keith Barrett, was born on January 6, 1946.

          He was a musician and the founder of the band Pink Floyd. Barrett's father, a pathologist, had a love for classical music. He had two sisters and two brothers.

          Everything before was either being Syd Barrett's supporting act or a cheap knock-off of that support act.
